Betty Ann Wolff, 88
Betty Ann Wolff, age 88, of Waterville died on Monday, August 5, 2024, at Traditions of Waterville.
Born on October 30, 1935, in Lewisville Township, Blue Earth County, she was the daughter of August and Frieda (Maus) Gens. Betty received her education in St. Clair. She was married to Walter Wolff and they had six children. Together they owned and operated Wally’s Drive-In in Eagle Lake for a number of years. They later divorced. Betty then devoted her time to raising her family. She began her career at Brown Printing in Waseca in 1975 where she continued to work until her retirement. Betty had a passion for dancing and music. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Betty was an avid reader, scrapbooker and gardener. She was a member of the Waseca Area Solo Club and All Saints Catholic Church in Madison Lake.
Betty is survived by her children: Michelle (Steve) Schwartz, Mitchell (Pegi) Wolff, Dennis (BethAnn) Wolff, Peter (Debora) Wolff, Brian (Tricia) Wolff, and Kristie (Ken) Wolff; grandchildren: Matt (Shelby) Schwartz, Jessica (Kyle) Wesley, Travis (Jasmine) Schwartz, Samantha (Joey) Wavrin, Dustin (Sarah) Wolff, Dylan (Tori) Wolff, Danielle (Jacob) Wolff, Bailey Wolff (fiancé, Brady Gerdts), Shelby Wolff, Jakob Wolff, Justin (Ellen) Lawson, Shelby (Tom) Hathaway, Taylor Lawson, Paige Pittmann, and Kylie Pittmann; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Gens; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; five sisters; and six brothers.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Friday, August 9, 2024, at All Saints Catholic Church in Madison Lake. Interment will be in the Eagle Lake Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. and continue until the time of the service at the church on Friday.
