Robert John Peach, 77

Robert John Peach, age 77, of Waterville died on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis surrounded by his family.

Born on April 24, 1946, in Faribault, Minnesota, he was the son of Gordon and Ann (Felrath) Peach. He graduated from Waterville High School in 1964. Bob was united in marriage to Judy Kennedy on November 20, 1965. He was a lifelong farmer, working alongside his father and brother and later working with his son and grandson. Bob loved socializing and spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed bowling, playing horseshoes, snowmobiling, fishing, deer hunting, and playing cards. He was a member of St. Canice Catholic Church in Kilkenny.

He is survived by his wife, Judy; children, Susan (Paul) Perez of Prior Lake, John (Tammy) Peach of Waterville and Rebecca (Kevin) Skalicky of Owatonna; six grandchildren, Anthony (Bailey) Perez, Anna Perez, Isaac (Brianna Baker) Peach, Hattie Peach, Grace Peach, and Brooke Skalicky; and one great-grandson, Cooper Perez. He is also survived by brother, Gary (Carol) Peach of Waterville and sister, Sandy (Jim) Pemble of Waterville and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 4-7 p.m. at the Waterville Chapel of Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service. Visitation will continue on Friday, one hour before services at the church.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 11 a.m. at St. Canice Catholic Church in Kilkenny.  Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Kilkenny.
