Marie was engaged in her life for all of its long span. She took delight in many things, including her gardens and the birds that visited it. She was a devoted member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic parish and participated in many of its outreach programs. A dedicated professional, Marie brought human kindness to the patients she helped during her career as a registered nurse at New Prague Medical Clinic. She was proud of her Czech heritage and an active U.S. citizen. She had many joys in her life, but her happiest days were spent in the company of her three wonderful grandchildren, with whom she shared a special bond. She will be loved as long as anyone who knew her still lives. She rests in peace.
