Assisted living and memory care residents will be in by February 1.

Of the new residents approximately 55 percent are from the New Prague area, while 45 percent are coming from farther than 50 miles to be closer to family in the area.
There are 91 apartments at the four-story facility. There are two bedrooms and two baths and one bedroom and one bath apartments. The apartments include a kitchen and washer and dryer. There are independent and assisted living apartments. Krueger said they also offer apartments at reduced rates based on income.
