Raymond Ceplecha

Raymond Ceplecha passed away at home on Monday, September 9, 2024, surrounded by family. He was born in Wheatland Township on the family farm in 1935, to Joseph R. and Gertrude (Trcka) Ceplecha.

He served in the US Army from 1957 to 1959. He farmed all his life and worked with the Seneca field crew for 20 years. 

He is survived by wife, Phyllis (Hartmann) Ceplecha; children, Peter (Stacy), Ann, Angie, Audrey, and Arlene (Dana); 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; sister, Janette (Fritz) Kalina; brother, Roman Ceplecha; and sister-in-law, Joyce Corrigan. Raymond is preceded in death by his parents, sister Joyce Fierst and brother Robert Ceplecha.
 

Mass of Christian burial 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 17, at Most Holy Trinity Church, 4939 Washington St. Veseli, MN. Memorial Visitation 9 – 11 a.m., 2 hrs prior to service at church. Burial in the church cemetery with military honors.
