William Finley Krouse, 77

William Finley Krouse, 77, of New Prague, MN, passed away suddenly on June 6, 2021.

Bill was born on July 5, 1943 in Springfield, IL to John and Germaine Krouse.  He moved to San Diego as a young boy and graduated from Clairmont High School.  He married the love of his life, Patricia Krouse, on June 3, 1962 and raised four children.  They moved their family to Minnesota in 1976, where Bill worked in the trucking industry for many years until retiring in 2002.  They enjoyed traveling in their RV and spent several years in Laughlin, NV in their retirement before moving back to New Prague in 2011.  Bill enjoyed playing golf and attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.

Bill is survived by his children, Bill (Sue) Krouse, Mickey Krouse, Shellie Krouse, and Keith (Becky) Krouse.  Their ten grandchildren are Matt & Brian Krouse, Taylor, Jack and Victoria Krouse, Ryley and Kayley Simon, and Danny, Sarah, and Joey Krouse. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia, on April 5, 2021, parents John and Germaine Krouse, and in-laws Maynard and Phyllis Matthiesen.

A private Celebration of Life ceremony to honor Bill will be held by his family.
