The WEM Girls Track and Field Team had three athletes be named to an All-Gopher Conference team for the second straight season.
Junior Josie Volkmann, sophomore Ashlyn Pelant, and freshman Addison Condon were named Honorable Mention All-Conference. All three were named to the First Team in 2022. Sophomore Maddie Heuss received the Conference Sportsmanship Award.
Volkmann placed fifth in the conference 800-meter run and ninth in the triple jump.
Pelant placed third in the shot put and fifth in the discus.
Condon placed fifth in the long jump, seventh in the 200-meter dash, and ninth in the 100-meter dash. She was also a member of the runner-up 400-meter relay team.
